Pointer Intelligence operates this website and Pointer Studio, our iOS app. This page explains what each one collects, what neither one does, and what happens if you contact us.

Pointer Studio

Studio processes your images and creative work on your device. Studio does not transmit your images or creative work to Pointer.
As shipped, Studio makes no network calls of its own.
Studio does not access your location.
Studio does not link third‑party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Studio does not build behavioral profiles of you or your usage.
There is no Pointer account and no Pointer‑run cloud entitlement service. Studio has no way to identify you beyond what your Apple ID provides at purchase.
Studio does not persist diagnostic or usage logs in the Release build distributed on the App Store.
Subscribing to Studio is handled by Apple and StoreKit. Pointer never sees your payment details; see Terms for how your subscription itself works.

This website

Only what you choose to send via the contact form: company, role, preferred contact, email or phone (if provided), use case, notes.
Basic device info. We see the same basic device info every website does (your browser type). Nothing more.
No analytics, pixels, or tracking cookies. This is a static site.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule time if requested, and maintain the thread of our conversation.
Not sold or shared with data brokers or ad networks. No retargeting.
Not used to train public AI models. Your messages never become data for anyone else.

Where it's stored

We store only the contact details you submit through the website, so we can respond to your inquiry.
Storage: our team's email and, if enabled, a private Google Sheet used for intake only. We delete on request.

Your choices

Send us a note via the contact form to request access or deletion.
Please do not send sensitive information through the form.
